Sabudana is manufactured from roots of Tapioca (Yucca / Cassava)

These roots are crushed then the pulp is extracted and it is converted into small globules. These globules are dried and then roasted. The roasted globules which are in the size of 2mm to 3mm are called Mothi Sabudana
