Marltona Custard Powder 250gm

wt:250gPut 1 tablespoon of marltona Custard Powder into a basin. From a pint of milk take sufficient to mix the powder into a perfectly smooth cream. Place the remainder of the milk into a saucepan with the necessary sugar – about 2 ozs, or two tablespoonful’s – make it very hot, but not boiling and pour this into the cream in the basin, stirring it thoroughly. Return the contents of the basin to the saucepan and bring slowly to the boil, stirring to prevent from burning. Boil for about 2 minutes. marltona custard powder may be served wither hot or cold
